Summer Exercise in the Park!
Come and join us for some fun exercise with your family!
Join Hithanjanee for Bollywood dancing and make exercising fun! Hithanjanee , the dance performer from our multicultural Dinner event will be our tutor for this term. She is a very talented dancer who runs a dance class business(Bindaas Bollywood) of her own . She’s well know among different community groups and council . Her dance troupe has performed at different venues including the St. Kilda Festival and our very own local Diwali festival . Let's make the most out of Summer and keep enjoying being outdoors!

Want to ramp up your fitness or just a beginner? Join Chrissy as she takes you through the paces tailored to your fitness level! Chrissy has years of experience as a trainer and Pilates instructor. She's passionate about helping others to improve their health and wellbeing.

Come along ,enjoy and discover the walking trails around Mernda/ Doreen while chatting away with other members of our community.
The sessions are every 2nd Friday(5th Feb to 19th March) from 10am -11:30am .
We are starting a new Yoga in the Park program with Shweta . Shweta is a trained Yoga instructor who will give you an introduction to Yoga . The FREE sessions will be held under the trees at the corner of Schotters Rd and Heals Rd, Mernda, which is the open Space to the left of the Mernda Community House ( 2 heals Road ,Mernda ). Do bring your own mats , if you don’t have one , you can borrow one from us . :)
Class will start in the 25th Feb to 25th of March @ 9:30 -10:30 am
